About the Event

Research has shown that our brain has the ability to change and adapt as a result of what it experiences.

Using a series of fun and engaging activites that leverage on the principles of light logic, our BlazePod training session not only facilitate cognitive-muscle integration, we also help the participants achieve the following :

  • Improve their hand-eye coordination
  • Inprove their reflex and reaction time and
  • Improve their ability to focus on the task at hand

Highly customisable, each session is tailored according to the ability and needs of the participant. It is designed to help each individual grow at a comfortable pace and in a safe and nurturing environment.


Q: Who is this program suitable for?

A: This program is particulary useful for people who may be experiencing signs of early dementia.

Q: How long is each session?

A: Each session typically last not more than an hour.

Q: Are there any age criteria for this program?

A: No, the program is highly customisable and can be catered for all age groups. Our youngest participant thus far is 3 years old and our most senior participant thus far is in his 70s.

Q: How big is the class size?

A: To ensure privacy and facilitate customisation, this program is conducted 1-1.

Q: Can family and friends sign up together for the same time slot?

A: Yes, we are happy to facilitate closed group interaction. Please reach out via for special arrangement.

Q: Can I come along if I am signing my loved ones up?

A: Yes, sure, you are welcome to observe the program. Alternatively, you can also take a break in the hotel's vicinity located on the same floor as our Resilience Centre.

Q: If I don't have dementia, can I still sign up for this program?

A: Yes, this program is highly customisable and can cater to all age groups and learning abilities. Please reach out to and we will be happy to support your needs.

Q: Is your Resilience Centre age friendly?

A: Yes, as gerontologists, we ensure our Resilience Centre is accessible to persons of all ages.

Q: Is your Resilience Centre assessible to people on mobility aid?

A: Yes, as gerontologists, we ensure our Resilience Centre is accessible to people who require mobility support.

Q: How much is each session?

A: Each session is $142/ pax

Q: What are the payment modes available?

Besides credit card payment, payment can also be made via the following payment modes:
