About the Event

Gain first hand experience working with an internationally recognised health coach to hone your body intuition and understand your relationship with food. By the end of the 2-weeks workshop, you will learn how to inculcate new healthy habits and uncover the secrets to optimize your health nutritionally without supplements or special products.

Week 1: Go deep and discover your motivations and why it is so difficult to eat healthy. You will also be empowered with powerful tools that shows you how to make better nutritional choices.

Week 2: Experiment, explore and discover what you should avoid consuming and embark on your personal journey to discover what food is harmful for your body and your health.

At the end of the session, participants will:

  • Deepen understanding of their personal motivation towards their food choices
  • Recognise limiting beliefs and habits that hinders their ability to effect change and confidence
  • Understand the keys to exceptional mind and body performance
  • Manage stress and anxiety
  • Explore scientific concepts and analogies through ancient hunt and gather concepts

Dean Ng is the first Certified Transformational an internationally recognised Health and WildFit® Coach in Singapore. Not only did she transform her own health and redefine aging after more than 20 years of personal experience. Her background in gerontology and nutrition also enables her to dispenses up to date practical knowledge that empowers a global community of achievers to experience their peak health, re-examine their purpose and create a legacy. 1. Is there anything that I need to prepare for this workshop?

Nothing. Please do not make any changes to your food and lifestyle till you are asked by your coach to do so.

2. Will there be any training materials given?

You will receive an e-textbook to help you understand the concept of food and nutrition.

3. How long is the duration?

This is a 2-weeks program where we will meet online at 7.30pm for about 90min on every Monday and Friday night. For those who needs extra support, there is an option to meet onsite on Wedesday for additional coaching.
