Participants will go deep to discover their motivations and why is it so

difficult to eat healthy. They will also be empowered with tools on how to

make better nutritional choices.

27th May 2020 (Wed) - Nutrition 101.2: Sharpening Your Body Intuition

Participants will experiment and explore what they should avoid consuming.

Most importantly, they will be able to start discovering for themselves what

is harmful to their bodies and their health.

29th May 2020 (Fri) - Nutrition 101.3: Nourishing Your Body

Participants will inculcate new healthy habits and uncover the secrets of how

to exponentially optimize their health nutritionally without any supplements

or purchase of special products.
